The U.S. is back on top as the most competitive country in the world, regaining the No. 1 spot for the first time since 2008 in an index produced by the World Economic Forum, which said the country could still do better on social issues.

“Economic recovery is well underway, with the global economy projected to grow almost 4% in 2018 and 2019,” said the report, published Tuesday by the organization that produces the Davos conference on global politics and economics.
Just need to prevent democrats from sabotaging it.
This is an outrage. All libs and dems DEMAND that the US sink to the middle of the pack or lower. This kind of success can’t go undone. For years we supported Obama’s failed policies of acting like an adult and not doing crazy things and look where it got us.
Obama did what was needed to propel this country forward after the GOP Pres and congress wrecked it by 2008. Under Obama there were 8 straight years of record growth in the stock market and constantly dwindling unemployment numbers.
Limbaugh said he wanted Obama to fail. Thankfully he did not.
And Trump? He waddled in after the cake was baked and claims credit for how good it tastes. And of course Trump toadies are too dumb to realize it.
I see it as a testament of the strength of the US. If we can stay ahead with Trump in the White House, it just goes to show that America has always been great. Even Trump can’t mess that up…
