Obstruction of Justice - What Does It Take?

That has NOTHING to do with what we are talking about. What matters here is what was deliberately LEFT OFF the report, and we now know things that were left off.

When known exculpatory information is LEFT OFF a prosecutor’s report - as was done in this case - it is not only useless but legally challengeable.

It can get a case thrown out or completely overturned, as has happened with Wiseman cases in the past.

This guy isn’t a prosecutor. He’s just a man with a hatchet who gets away with wildly swinging it all too often.

Not this time. The Mueller report is already now flawed and suspect… What else will we find out was left out?

I’m not telling you there should be. I’m telling you to REALIZE what it is and what it isn’t.

What it isn’t is a balanced and fair assessment of the facts. It is instead just one side’s view of the facts and we are learning every day how it is not even an accurate view of the facts, yet many here speak of it as if it is unimpeachable and concrete.

When exculpatory information is left OUT of a prosecutor’s report it is not only unfair but legally challengeable.

Wiseman has been spanked by judges and justices for doing that nonsense before and he will be again. What is disturbing is that Mueller bought into this. If it is as it looks, he just turned his reputation to crap.

Facts do matter. It’s a shame that part two is an opinion piece - an op-ed, so who cares what Mueller said? Who is Mueller anyway? It’s for sure that he is not a judge or a jury.
