You don’t think criticizing Obama for going golfing, saying he’d never do it if he were president, and then going golfing more times than Obama ever did is not hypocritical?

You don’t think praising our enemies and dissing our friends is stupid?

I honestly thought no one could be as inept as Obama when it came to embarrassing himself diplomatically - the speeches ipod, the DVDs that didn’t work on British DVD players, etc. etc.

But looking at things objectively - which Republicans with TDS can’t do - Trump is much worse.

I am a Republican, by the way, and I voted for Trump. Should have done my due diligence before I did so - I admit that, but I bought into what Rush and Sean were saying.

Then he started doing the same things Obama did (governing by executive order, for example, being sooooo sensitive to any imagined slight) but what had been excoriated when Obama did it has been praised to high heaven now the Trump is doing it.

The article I provided wasn’t the Trump hating screed claimed by the forum member I responded to. I read the article and found it to be a fair and balanced look at Trump’s business acumen. That’s why I provided the link. Within that context, I simply chose to move on, rather than respond to the same old Trump hating rhetoric.

You probably haven’t researched well enough. Talking points should be the first thing you refute, otherwise you have no authority. That’s what I would do.

How do you refute a talking point stating that Trump is a racist? There have been countless threads where many have tried. In each case, the one reciting the talking point simply goes through their well rehearsed list of supporting talking points. It is a pointless exercise that I prefer to avoid.
