Obstruction is a crime now? Hahah

Who said it wasn’t?

I remember not to long ago when executive orders were something bad that needed to be overridden by Congress.

Congress has the constitutional authority to do so, disgruntled administration never Trumpers do not.

Why would Trump hire never Trumpers?

Missed the better part of last 18 month have ya? Also irrelevant to this case. The article makes no mention of sedition, obstruction, or usurpation.

I would imagine because they didn’t make themselves known as such.

So they always wanted to work for Trump to be a resister from within?

Kind of ironic, given how Trump only hires the best and the brightest.

No, I didn’t miss it, I saw nobody arguing obstruction of justice was not criminal. I saw arguments that Trump did not obstruct justice though.

I don;t see how that is remotely impossible. In any case it has no relevance on whether they entered into a criminal conspiracy at some point.

He’ll, it’s probably most, if not all of his cabinet (who are masquerading as a couple of people). They have to know by now that the dude is insane. Like talk radio caller insane.

No excuse. If he is insane, we have a constitutional remedy for that, which allows the duly elected representatives of the people to address it. As opposed to a secret cabal of un-elected bureaucrats taking it upon themselves to usurp executive authority and attempt to run the executive branch.

I don’t think anyone is ignore executive orders.

But Trump says random dumb stuff that they ignore all the time. Nothing official. Could hardly be said to be sedition since they’re not preventing the execution of any laws.

Checks and balances. Keeps everyone in line.

Of course Trump likes dictators, so he doesn’t like checks and balances.

Not only were EOs bad, but they were unconstitutional and reasons for treason and impeachment.

What crime was committed?

Name the statute the writer violated.

Trump only hires the best. Sometimes, the best are actually better than the best, they are the bestest. And apparently the bestest are never Trumpers.

Where has the author said they tried to do that?

Yeah, that’s the way I see it. Somebody tells Trump something (or he watches Fox and Friends) then says crazy stuff like “Tell Sessions to arrest ‘X’” or “Just go bomb the ■■■■■■■■ or “Assassinate that bastard”.
