Allowing foreign nationals to vote in New York City elections was an intentional move by the New York City Council to dilute the vote of Black citizens, and the Council members ought to be punished for their outrageous conduct!

I predict they will withdraw the bill and write another workaround that does the same thing but with a different rationale that might squeeze through a constitutional check and balance. And if that fails, theyâll try a third and fourth workaround .

What I do know is, the City Council has in fact diluted the Black vote in NYC with over 400 thousand foreign national votes

Perhaps you should ask Black voters in NYC. Maybe itâs because the Blacks complaining are Citizens, and believe allowing foreign nationals to vote in NYC elections violates their civil rights.
