Sounds like Trump wouldn’t need him anyway…fake impeachment isn’t going anywhere.
LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA!
Well done!
I think that’s a great idea. That guy needs a job, doesn’t he?
The Constitution says a president may be impeached and removed over charges it describes as “treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.”
This is a process that is spelled out in the United States Constitution — it requires a majority vote of the House to impeach followed by a two-thirds majority in the Senate to convict and remove
That’s right. Our friendly wager is about impeachment, not removal from office.
…and not an impeachment inquiry.
Correct. Impeachment vote by Jan. 14th
The first vote is to formally start the inquiry…and that hasn’t happened? I just want to make sure our definitions are congruent?
Good lord how many times do I have to repeat myself.
The senate does not impeach a federal official.
The house does.
It’s all written there in our constitution.
Geez…
Allan
Lol. The house impeachment inquiry is on. Whether the executive branch or its supporters like it or not. The house is the sole arbiter in the impeachment process. They handle the impeachment inquiry as they seem fit.
It’s right there in our constitution.
Allan
Yes…I should have used the word “remove” him, instead of impeach.
