This happened a few months ago, so might be old news to some, but I just found out about it. Appologies if this was discussed here and I just missed it.
I can’t say as I’m surprised in the slightest, but do find it funny that it was a public “oops”.
His press secretary was tweeting as Biden, but forgot to switch twitter accounts.
Did not know of this but these types of mistakes always make me laugh.

Im not hopping to use this as any sort of dig at Biden. I’ve always basically thought most big public figures don’t post their own stuff. Why would they?

I wouldn’t be surprised if the White House managed all of their social media accounts under one 3rd party program like SproutSocial. These programs allow you to schedule multiple accounts across multiple social media platforms. So the communication department at the White House probably has the ability to schedule posts for everyone there. That doesn’t mean Biden or the Press Secretary can’t post themselves, it just means there’s probably a mechanism to schedule posts across multiple platforms and human error may cause things to get messed up sometimes.
Perhaps Trump should hire Biden’s press secretary. I suspect his Truth Social posts might actually come across as intelligent.
Nah, that’s probably asking a bit too much…never mind.
Now the question is, who is acting as POTUS?
