Not Political but Politics ... Cars

I didn’t read your post…spot on. Cheers! :sunglasses: :tumbler_glass:

…the deluxe version of a Chevrolet Cavalier. :sunglasses: :tumbler_glass:

Daaaaaaaaaaaaamn…you’re on it. Nicely done. :sunglasses: :tumbler_glass:

Lol.

Yeah, it’s all pretty crazy. Changing the plugs on my outback is a crazy PITA.

On the other hand, I’ve got 230K miles on it…it is starting to show it’s age, and in the last 50K has had a lot of little replacements required. And it’s starting to eat oil. But still…

That’s any boxer layout engine though. Porsches and old Volkswagen Beetles are the same way. The one good thing with those old flat 4 air cooled engines though is that they are insanely light and you can basically disassemble an entire Volkswagen with a 10mm wrench.

Hey, if my dad wanted to spend 7 large on a badge …

Yeah 351 Windsor and then a 351 Cleveland. I dunno if they ever put a Cleveland in the early Broncos though. Now that I think about it, I don’t think the Windsor 351 ever came in the 1st gen Broncos either. I think they were all 302s with 2bbl carbs on them.

The later truck based Broncos certainly had the Windsors. And think they had the 400 Modifieds in the late 70s as an option. Which was a weird ass engine where they took a Cleveland block and stuck Windsor style heads on it.

My bad.

As I said. Dream car.

Get ready to pay. Even a ratted one that needs a full restoration is 15-20k these days.

Yeah was looking online a while ago.
A decent one in running condition about 50-60.

Actually saw a couple for 100+

Crazy.

It’s dumb. Toyota FJs from back then are the same way if not worse.

But only in America. You go to the Middle East or countries where guys are named Gonzalez and they are way cheaper.

Well, if you get creative you can get cheap (well, cheaper)…
