yes it does.

iaea continuously monitors activities - where they have access. if access is denied (after a nice long 24 days notice) the joint commission rules.

guess who’s on this so-called joint commission… Iran

Israel found a cache of files, already a violation of this wonderful deal, as it was hidden from the iaea inspectors.
