The data was researched by Terry McAuliffe in 2000, head of the DNC, when he accused the Republicans of blocking law to allow felons to vote. His Data came from DOJ records.

12% of the population is 50% of the prison population and 90% Democrat (African American)
13% of the population is 30% of the prison population 70% Democrat (Hispanic)
75% of the population is 20% of the prison population 35% Democrat (white and others)

So you end up with 90% x 50% + 70% x 30% + 20% x 35% = 73% of crime is committed by Democrats.
Its not a race issue as Blacks were no more criminal than whites back in the 50’s before they were democrats.

Today letting felons vote is still a big issue for Democrats.

Further if you Believe Fords testimony you must believe this. Mrs Ford left her best friend to be raped and possible murdered and did nothing to try and save her life. She abandoned her best friend to be and kept silent did not seek help to save her. I frankly do not know anyone this evil, because if this is indeed what happened it is indeed what she is.
