I’ve offered the equivalent of what I pay for insurance in the employees wages. The understanding being they would be able to find a plan that works best for them.

Guess what? None of them bought insurance and couldn’t afford to pay for a doctor visit when they got sick :woman_shrugging:

As far as wages go, when we have this much inflation $15.00 an hour doesn’t go very far.

They’re offering 15 an hour just about everywhere by me now. Even at the car wash.

I think if you stay away from cigarettes and alcohol, live relatively close to your job to avoid tolls and a high gas bill, a couple making 15 an hour each could get by around me. You could probably even have a cat. Just don’t have any kids or it will become problematic.
