That was in reference to the ones conducting the raid.
And I said more than that as well.
I’m not going to have this discussion with you because your dishonest posting is too contemptible.
Go bother someone else.

I posted what you said…
If you support the principles of 2A… how can you say the cops are not at fault? Why does a police officers live have more value that a lawful citizen with a legal gun?
You said more but I asked a different question. You didn’t say anything about how 2A principles square with what happened.
Do you believe Amir had the right to protect himself as a lawful gun owner?

So the suspect wasn’t even in the apartment at the time? Was arrested 100 miles away days later? Without the need for a no knock?
No knock warrants need to disappear.

I don’t care. You’ve used up any patience and respect I could have for your posts. And I already addressed that question too.
Go pester someone else.

The home owner has the right to defend their home and the cop has the right to defend their life. Had the home owner shot and killed the cop (presuming circumstances were such to give him cause to not know it was the police) thinking it was a criminal, he would likely not be charged. The trick is, establishing that the actions of the home owner were reasonable. The cops are not going to be happy and are likely to side with their dead comrade. We saw this in the Breonna Taylor incident although the cop who was shot was not killed. Ultimately, however, the man in the apartment who shot at them was exonerated with charges dismissed with prejudice before trial.
