That’s exactly what the NJ Governor wants.

Define return to normal. I’m going back to work. Beaches and parks have opened up. So obviously we won’t be in lockdown.

Why is alcohol stores considered and essential business but gyms were people go to get in shape and have a better chance of fighting the illness not?

How about instead of “normal” we use prior to covid? Are there businesses that are still closed down? Does your town look like it did this time last year?

If you have anything still forbidden to participate in or attend, there is a lockdown of some degree. That is doesn’t affect you personally doesn’t mea it’s not there.

“New Normal” is another phrase I would like to see banned forever

We’re not far removed from putting the unworthy in stocks and letting the zealots pelt them with rocks.

I like it.

As long as they keep repeating that phrase, the easier it is for people to accept their draconian measures or the loss of whatever right they choose to usurp next.

It’s a way to make swallowing whatever comes next less painful. It’s the spoonful of sugar on the medicine they want you to take.

Priorities…:tumbler_glass::tumbler_glass::tumbler_glass::cocktail::cocktail::cocktail::grin:

For me, there is no “new normal.” I will resume the same habits I have used all my life unless government passes laws that says I can’t.

I think I’ll stick with wearing masks myself. Unless they outlaw them.

I support that. Mine will be gone as soon as possible. I still wonder why south Florida still has their beaches closed? There are no surfaces for the Virus to cling to. Nobody touches anybody else’s stuff. The risk seems way lower than at a gym. Not even close.

I am not a real social animal, masks, perfect excuse to avoid small talk. Plus, mine makes me look like Darth Vader. Add some sunglasses and you can even start leaving the house in sweatpants lol.

Fair enough. People should do what they are comfortable doing. I don’t judge at all. You’re choice can’t hurt. It can only help. :+1:

I went to south and north Florida beaches. I touched a lot of stuff. :wink:

The last time I went to South Florida I saw a lot of things that I wanted to touch. But my wife said. “Look, but don’t touch.” Sometimes she can be worse than my mom. No fun what so ever. :triumph:
