Nobody said anything about “all gun laws”, only those which restrict the “Right of The People”.

They haven’t been ruled unconstitutional because the Right to Keep and Bear has become a disfavored right.

Try buying a gun from an FFL dealer without filling out a 4473 and undergoing a background check.

Try legally possessing a supposed “assault weapon” in NJ, NY, or CA. Try buying and legally possessing high capacity magazines for rifles or handguns in any of those states.

Try lawfully carrying in any of those states.

When you have tried all of the above get back to us.
