New Zealand: "Our gun laws will change." Why them and not us?

I’m not the one that wants to restrict your freedom, I’m not the one that wants to prevent you the ability to fight for your freedoms if necessary.

But I do have the BoR’s backing me up…and you don’t.

If freedom scares you…they are other places/countries they will protect you.

Still hiding in the shadows?

Huh… ???

If there like Gollum and hide in a cave with their gun they are of little threat.

No one has ever said that would be taken away. And a significant (I’m not saying most of, just significant) part of this country wouldn’t let it. But there needs to be some smoothing out of our laws. That’s all there is to it. And if NZ can do it with their stricter laws, so can we.

I’d say that’s unlikely, but in this crazy world, who knows?

Who’s restricting your freedom? No one I know.

That’s wrong.

Again for all you folks who want to ignore this…here in america we regulate guns…you do not find the word gun in the 2nd. For you literal types…

But as usual…same posts by the same people with the same results…it wont change.

Fantasies of protecting yourself from a mean old government are not valid arguments. You arent that important…it wont be coming to that.

Try again.

Arms is all inclusive, read Heller.

Everyone who supports or enforces gun control legislation.

Why not start with California? Show the rest of us dumbasses how to do it. Then when “we” can see your perfect utopia, the rest will have a model as their blueprint.

Because we have a paranoia, a fetish for guns, a basic insecurity and a built in fear of everything.

The constitution can be amended. Granted it would be extremely difficult

Won’t should have read Don’t…now go back and read. I mistyped.

It wont happen.

I agree. Just pointing out that just because something is in the constitution doesn’t mean it is fixed in stone legally forever

Lib logic.

Yes they can. Good luck. The Bill of Rights has never been touched - for a reason.
