He isnât immune from prosecution anymore. That is a big deal if he broke the law, and it appears that is fairly probable. And probably a good reason why he was so hellbent on holding onto his office that he wound up getting impeached twice trying to stop Biden, his biggest threat.

Letâs see. One has a long history of judgments and settlements that point to a cavalier approach to the law, at best. After a long civil investigation that is still ongoing, apparently evidence was found that turns the civil probe into a criminal investigation. That suggests convincing evidence showing intent.
Thereâs also the criminal investigation in Georgia and who knows how many civil suits out there.
So we draw a false equivalence and theoretical between that and Joe Biden, who has shown zero criminality in office or in his private life, Russo and American agitprop and trying to make something of 21 years of publicly available tax returns aside.

Comey and Strzok and McCabe are all reasons why I will easily wait for a conviction of Trump himself before I will make any assumptions of guilt.
When we have all seen in the past the biggest, supposedly honest, investigative authorities in the country investigating Trump based on âreasonable accusationsâ it is as easy to assume this is yet another witch hunt like the one we went through for three years. It may not be, but lets see the evidence and the conviction first.
