:joy::joy::joy::joy:Ireland Wazoo strikes again.

“decision by the Pentagon to have its flights stop more frequently at the local airport was made under the Obama administration.”

“Those who did stay there paid a discounted rate of as little as $130 a night, compared to a typical price of about $380 a night.”

It might be the same guy who said “I know more about ISIS than the generals do, believe me,”

In 2015 there were 95 stopovers and 40 overnights, but this has since increased to 257 stopovers and 208 overnight stays in 2018. There have been 259 stopovers and 220 overnight stays in the first eight months of 2019.

US military spending at Prestwick has “increased substantially” since Mr Trump became president and the airport is “integral” to Turnberry’s financial success, according to the House Oversight and Reform Committee.

FYI The NY Times article you linked to is behind a paywall.

:joy::joy::joy::joy::joy::joy::joy:You need better sources there Ireland Wazoo.

“Trump Turnberry was closed for renovations from 2015 until mid-2016.”

Pretty hard to stay in that time frame you link the increases from, when they are closed.

you’re kidding, right?

The golf course was closed for renovations.

Kidding about what? Everything I posted was factual. Me thinks you have no idea what this discussion is about and are flailing to help the sinking ship Wazoo

the hotel wasn’t closed.

the golf course was.

Anouther lie.

“The resort, now called Trump Turnberry after it was acquired by American property developer Donald Trump last year from Dubai-based Leisurecorp, has closed the hotel building and Ailsa course to begin work on a £200 million renovation”

See above. You really need to not read and believe what he has to say. He will just make you look foolish.

I am going to go and check which years Trump was President and be right back.

I stand partially corrected.

the hotel closed in September of 2015 and opened in June of 2016.

the hotel wasn’t closed for the entire year and was able to accommodate the 40 overnights for the Obama administration it seems.

The detailed and sensitive project requires a partial closure commencing 27th September 2015 until mid to late May 2016 when improvements to the hotel and Ailsa course are carried out.

Good article. Which is dated September 2015 and states that it will re-open in June 2016. And the election was?

Trump became President on January 20, 2017.

What time frame are you talking about, exactly?

Donald creates a self inflicted wound on the day before he has to appear for a hearing in NY. If he did have any chance of avoiding being deposed he just blew it.

It is not unusual for parties to a legal proceeding to disagree about the facts. But it is truly rare for a party to publicly disagree with statements submitted by his own attorneys in a signed pleading—let alone one day after the pleading was filed. That is what Mr. Trump has done here:
Mr. Trump’s statement, Exhibit A, has made clear that a multitude of statements contained in his Answer, Dkt. 647, are false

Probably the talking points they received to counter the Durhan investigations concerning Broom Hillary.

Doesn’t matter when election was. You stated they increased by using the 2015-2016 time frame. That was a lie. Not only had the Obama signed off on them increasing flights there they paid less then normal rates and not a premium amount like you lied about. You also lied about the hotel not being closed. You have no credibility.

I’ve lost count, think about 50 “This time Trump will be doing the prep walk any minute” stories.
