Trends in County-Level COVID-19 Incidence in Counties With and Without a Mask Mandate — Kansas, June 1–August 23, 2020 | MMWR.
Masks are an important intervention for mitigating the transmission of SARS-CoV-2 (1–6), and countywide mask mandates appear to have contributed to the mitigation of COVID-19 spread in Kansas counties that had them in place. Community-level mitigation strategies emphasizing use of masks, physical distancing, staying at home when ill, and enhanced hygiene practices can help reduce the transmission of SARS-CoV-2.

Good confirmation bias find. A WEP sort of.
You don’t want your oxygen levels to dip, either. Thankfully, many covid patients who are having difficulty breathing (in my experience) are put on 3 liters or more (some poor bastards need the 10~ liter range) well before a ventilator is required. That is for the most severe cases.

That’s sounds like a ten year old boy who goes out to play in the snow without his coat, boots and gloves because his mom did not tell him to wear them.

The thing is, a person who contracts COVID is not in control of how severe their symptoms will be.
HE ASKING, not demanding. What part of that don’t you understand?

How does that differ from anyone else asking? For that matter, how does it differ from demanding … there is no practical mechanism to enforce it.

So he isn’t doing anything anyone else hasn’t already done. We are basically status quo and will still be such in January and beyond.
Where is this great plan you voted for that is different and so much better than what is happening now?

You of course completely failed to answer the question.
Try again.
He’s “asking” that the states demand it and will come up with mechanisms to force them to implement same.
Let’s not pretend otherwise.
But you are fine with shutting down business. Business’s that will never reopen because without money coming in they can’t pay the bills.
Why should you care as long as you get to keep your job?

Libs are something else. If they don’t lose their jobs it’s ok for others to lose theirs.
If their house or business doesn’t get burned in riots then there is no problem.

Because your question is loaded to ■■■■ and back.
The question is completely straightforward, you just don’t like the answer.
The answer is that they cannot protect you. Their only value is in those who are carriers wearing them and thus reducing their ability to spread it.
Wow, great point. My mask won’t help me, but yours will. Your mask won’t help you, but mine will. An utter revolutionary finding, WR. If only someone had thought of this earlier.
