[/quote]Well the Chinese certainly have the money to spend on nifty oceangoing targets. Now when they flood the seas with subs, then we can judge their seriousness.
But it is also step one in a nation of fast learners. People have set their hair on fire because of “THE RUSSIANS”. And yet the Chinese, who engineered the largest internet hack against our government, is hardly a mention by the pro-mueller crowd.
If either the United States or China decides to abrogate the Space Treaty, China is more than capable of matching the United States satellite for satellite on anything that goes up.
