I admit to having a morbid fascination with North Korea. I would be tempted to visit, if they’d let me in.

I too have an obsession with the hermit kingdom. But I also don’t know how to keep my mouth shut and I’m sure I’d get taken to a reeducation camp if I ever visited. So I won’t.

Another perk for the party elites. Communist nations always build luxury sites, which they love to show to the world. But they always end up open only to the party elites.
I don’t get it, is this a joke? Are you nuts? Don’t get me wrong, I can totally see where some might find a resort in NK intriguing if they allowed it. But what would be the interest otherwise? I find NK about as interesting as a cockroach.

You should go!!! From what I understand, tourists are allowed to take propaganda posters home as souvenirs. Grab as many as you can! And don’t forget to post while you are there!
