Your statement was blatantly false, I corrected you. Just move on.
Those bootstraps are affected by tariffs… you now need to buy American made bootstrap extenders to pull yourself up by them
Commodity prices have not suffered and the tariffs have been used to supplement those farmers who have suffered.
US farmers are not paying the tariffs. Those tariffs are paid on the receiving end.
I said impacted by the tariffs… never said they were paying them.
And they are being compensated for any losses using the money the US collects on tariffs paid on Chinese goods imported to the US.
So US farmers are not suckling at the American taxpayer’s teat, but the Chinese one?
I KNEW it! Donald, your stable geniusery is truly unmatched! Farmers AND American consumers benefitting from Chinese markets like never before!
You didn’t correct me, you changed the argument. One is property taxes and one is income taxes.
But moving on…

They are not being compensated for “any losses”.
They are receiving a pittance on losses.

Ive been thinking about this a long time now.
I don’t care anymore. They overwhelming voted for him, and they’ll do it again. They should be the ones getting gut punched by the trade wars, then gut punched again with the stupid little pittance of a subsidy.
Not my problem. Glad my family isn’t getting hurt.

And who pays THOSE taxes? Oh yeah, American importers, and then American businesses, and finally American consumers. This is the very definition of Wealth Redistribution. Taking money from one group in the form of taxation, and then giving it to another group to prop them up. Hooray Socialism!!!
It’s not socialism if you swap out commie red for Donny orange.

Probably because Trumps is the only one willing to take on the fascists running China. Just pretend it’s the national socialists and you’ll get it…

And as I said, since farmers voted for him it’s good they’re the ones getting hurt the most.
They understand the bigger picture… Do you?

I do, and I’m still glad the farmers are the first ones punched.
There are fewer of them every day, too. Thanks Donnie!
