Personally I didn’t even know that the NBA Finals were going on.
I was similarly surprised that the Stanley Cup was hoisted some time ago. I had no clue.

I’ve been watching the playoffs a bit, even have the finals on now, it definitely feels like an off end to a season delayed though, no fans, but also the clippers losing to the nuggets was a hype breaker. Lakers / Clippers was the match up.
For me there’s the double whammy of hating the Lakers, and being bored of Lebron. Just not compelling viewing this year.
The NBA did a excellent job at creating the bubble and making it work. There was a lot of sacrifice for these players who wanted to bring their product to the public. I think the fan wall was a brilliant idea. And what was interesting was early on when the refs could hear the players swearing because the crowd noise was not there. It sure cleaned up the players act quickly when they started getting technical’s.

The NBA did an outstanding job and I really enjoyed the games over the past 3 months. The playoffs were also fun to watch. Great job!
