It sure isn’t. Trump was able to shut down the ones investigating him while he was in office due to “executive privilege”. He’ll try that again.
If Pub congresspersons think the subpoena’s are unlawful they can ask the judiciary to rule on them.
Their threats against telecommunications companies are pretty telling, however.
