Why would she concern herself with the day to day operations of the Capitol Police?

We don’t really know what Pelosi knew when. Banks wanted to look into this but….

It was not a normal day to day time, as Democrats keep reminding us a year and a half after it happened.
That’s the thing. If there was intelligence of a threat that Pelosi knew then Trump knew it too.

Why would anyone expect for there to be an attack on the Capitol?
The determination was made that the security was adequate for what was expected.
Has there been any testimony from anywhere that has shown that there was a request for more security and Pelosi overruled it?
And if there was intelligence of a possible attack doesn’t that make Trump complicit in a crime for actually sending them there?

All good questions that Banks wanted to look into.

I am sure that you believe it to be true.
Just like the day to day operations of the Capitol police falls on Pelosi’s shoulders is somehow true.
You still haven’t answered how the “Pelosi knew” theory doesn’t make Trump look even worse
If he she knew of a possible threat then so did he

So at least you admit the purpose of the hearing is not to investigate what happened on Jan 6 but to make Trump look bad.

Lachlan Murdoch is off the Trump Train, huh?
Too bad Trump will burn your party to the ■■■■■■■ ground in revenge. Intentionally try to make you lose for not nominating him. Say the primaries were rigged and try to overturn them. He’s a fighter!
No that isn’t what I said at all but I’m not at all surprised by the complete non-answer. Looks like you finally realize how bad that would be if it went down the way you think it did

She did have options…she laid them out.
McCarthy and McConnell refused to play ball.
But you of course know this.
I wait your next repetition, pretending this hasn’t been addressed.

You state once again pretending it hasn’t been addressed…knowing that the initial rejection by Republicans did not require Pelosi to set up a Democrat run committee that excluded Republicans that might interfere with the narrative.

Why did McCarthy pull the other 3 Republicans from the committee? All 3 are Trump supporters who voted against impeachment. One of them could of asked those questions

LOL after the GOP rejected a 9/11 style commission that would have gotten (most of) the politics out of it, Pelosi was STILL supposed to try and reach out the hand of bipartisanship?
Notice how you are all over Pelosi but mention only in passing that McConnell and McCarthy torpedoed bipartisan/nonpartisan options.
And it took how many of these exchanges before you’d even go so far as to acknowledge in passing that McCarthy and McConnell torpedoed bipartisan/nonpartisan options.

If voting against impeachment wasn’t the reason to remove Banks then what was, other than that he said he wanted to look into Pelosi’s actions?
Really, that shouldn’t even have to be a question, as it is precedence that Republicans select their members for committees.
