How could Trump failing to do anything to stop his supporters attacking the Capitol leaving it to Mike Pence to take authority and call in the National Guard be shown in a good light?

51 “intelligence” officers were WRONG! Now…was it accidental or on purpose? If it was on purpose, what was their purpose? If it was accidental, how good could they possibly be at their job? Why do you ignore the important things going on around you?

I will say what I have said since the beginning.

There are real emails on there. There are likely faked emails on there.

The chain of custody of the laptop makes it so it cannot be used in a way to look into crimes but it is effective as a political tool…. Which is the reason that it exists.

To which I responded… how does one show it in a good light?

That is the part that is being ignored… because even you know that Trump refusing to do anything to stop an attack on the Capitol by his supporters is something that is impossible to defend.

Some of us have the opinion that a President doing nothing to stop an attack on the Capitol by his supporters making it so the Vice President had to take authority and call in the National Guard means that our Republic is in a very precarious position these days.

The fact that there is a set of people who want to ignore that it happened just makes it more dangerous.
