Since LibsofTikTok are obviously Boomers they don’t have the slightest clue as to how coders work life is, and they would very likely be put to shame with the hours those guys put in not during the regular office hours.

If office life is not like it was in the 1950s, it obviously doesn’t work.

I know coders. It’s damn near a 24 hour job at times. A lot of these amenities are provided to offset the crappy work/life balance.
