Well I realize you would like to tax people on unrealized gains or total wealth, that isn’t how it works.

Musk lives off of personal loans as a way to avoid paying taxes.

Tax them on how they actually use their wealth.

Perfectly legal. Plenty of people who lived on mortgage refi’s too. Plus, he has to repay them at some point, what happens then? He has to realize gains that will be taxed.

No he doesn’t.

The tax code can be changed to tax the ultra rich as to how they are able to borrow and use their wealth to live off of and acquire more assets without ever having to touch their capital.
