I am pleased to announce that Congressman Mark Meadows will become White House Chief of Staff. I have long known and worked with Mark, and the relationship is a very good one…

Replying to

@realDonaldTrump

…I want to thank Acting Chief Mick Mulvaney for having served the Administration so well. He will become the United States Special Envoy for Northern Ireland. Thank you!

Is Mike Meadows going to be “acting”?

“Mark Meadows will become White House Chief of Staff.” Sounds like no.

I guess Siberia was unavailable.

Ok that’s funny.

Would have been a little too obvious.

President Trump said Friday that Representative Mark Meadows, Republican of North Carolina and a stalwart conservative ally, will become White House chief of staff, replacing Mick Mulvaney, who has served as the acting chief for more than a year.

Another Friday night slashing.

This means that Mulvaney quit, not that Trump fired him.

Of course

I wonder if Trump told Mulvaney yet?

For real though. Mulvaney was “permanent acting” chief of staff specifically so he could walk the second Trump started abusing him.

Number 4 in 3 years…

Only when he says, “The president was clear and precise in his remarks today.”

Isn’t Mulvany also the director of the OMB?

Hey yeah, I forgot that. I wonder.

All that Trump buttkissing and what did Mulvaney get out of it other than a destroyed reputation?

Isn’t that the usual? Name one person who had a better reputation AFTER working for Trump.

The President seems to believe in term limits.

Now that’s funny.
