I thought that these guys are suppose to be smart. They don’t understand that pi**ing off the judge in your case isn’t the wisest thing to do. Especially when he knows what your motives are, and they’re not seeking justice.

They are smart.

They already got the judge to back track to let the jury know he had been out of place with one of his tirades against them once they filed a motion against it.

The judge is a bit whacky and most definitely eccentric.

There is a good chance this latest action by the prosecution will have the desired results.

The judge is tainting the jurors with his tiffs and interference in how the prosecution is trying the case.

The judge is gently pushing back on the Mueller team’s eccentric, desperate, biased actions in this case and trial.

Yeah. You keep telling yourself those fairy tales.

The judge is treating Mueller as anyone who has been overturned and cost the American taxpayer 9 million in wrongful arrest judgments in the past should be treated. The Judge remembers the Anthrax debacle from the last time Comey and Mueller teamed up

Oh crikey. If judges were insane enough to base how they treat attorney’s in their courtroom; in the imbecilic fashion you are describing, they would all soon be removed from the bench.

Mueller is not trying the Manafort case before Judge Ellis.

Krikey , past performance is an acceptable predictor of future conduct. And Muellers past is pretty bad

Past performance is a good indicator of how one learns from mistakes. He is still around 16 years later, so he must have learned something. Actually what I am seeing now is a pretty good indication of just how thorough he is being and how he has not rushed to judgement.

its his accuracy that is lacking , not his patience. It was a 9 million dollar mistake and you call it learning LOL Thats what law school is for

In what semester does law school cover anthrax attacks?

starts with PROBABLE CAUSE clearly mueller still has the same issue
