You do when you’re trying to rebuild after civil war and not have another one (end reconstruction.)

Fine but don’t pretend the war was fought for black people.

It wasn’t.

Sure, sure. I’ll only look at what you tell me.

Do not criticize critical theory. Got it.

the absurd notion of how property rights are race based

and how “affirmative action” rectifies such a thing

Blinded by hate? Dude it was hate that got us here and why this country still has it problems. The hate in this country didn’t start with POC’s.

Is racism in every aspect of life in this country?

…and as you dwell on the past prior to 50 years ago, you’re blinded as to how far we’ve come and the present day opportunities for all.

edit; you haven’t answered what you mean when you said, " America would do right by us"?

as you can see, CRT is based purely on the guilty white oppressor. no matter what being born with brown skin means you forever pay the penalty of race, and are sort of a second class citizen

unless you become president

or vice president

but never mind that

that’s CRT, or a large part of it anyway

they’ll never admit it (or even try to define it for that matter)

No you haven’t.

I am not a fan of Descartes and Newton.

You didn’t read the paper.

Provide a quote of what you take issue with. Your post has really nothing to do with what he talked about.

Also, remember the context of her paper… it was written in the early 90s

Let’s try an experiment. A defender say one negative thing about CRT and a critic say one positive thing about it.

that is right from the paper

Wrong wrong wrong…

“Guilt” is a personal feeling.

Quote that from CRT text

What was happening then?

what “CRT text” are you talking about?

exactly - guilt is a feeling

the paper was written by a woman btw

just a lil fyi for you when you get around to reading it
