More proof that the US has the worst COVID response

I am 72, overweight and diabetic. I am very cautious about COVID. If I were 15, 130 lbs and in the best of health acting differently might be very much in my interests.
For some reason, many have ignored that this is, unlike polio was, very much an old persons disease. Check out the graphs.
Has anyone done a comparison of how many have died in nursing homes and compared that percentage to the percentage of people who live in nursing homes compared to the general populace?

Some degeree of caution is sound. Not sure everybody locked down is.

Donald is elderly and obese. He’s also overwhelmingly privileged compared to your average American, receiving the finest care medical science can provide.

He’s not specific about who shouldn’t be afraid of COVID.

And school officials follow the advice of health officials and the CDC, or at least most do.

I don’t think democrats want that either Doug. I think everyone wearing masks in public would be a good start. For some reason, we can’t even get that far. In my state with a mandate, we are barley breaking 60%. It’s ridiculous.

The country defiantly has the most division with everything, I had to do a double take and see if this was actually the headline of a mainstream media outlet. It’s hard to see any future going ahead when half of the country literally hates the other half.

Having a Covid hot zone in the White House does not dispel this OP.

Neither does the Trump administration going to court to try to strip away cover and pre-existing conditions in insurance policies in the middle of a pandemic.

I sure am glad Donald Trump was the President in 2020. The economy has suffered enough but I can only imagine how bad it’d be…how many more suicides…and suffering there’d be if he wasn’t? “We” should all be thankful. Let’s all hold hands and sing kumbaya around the campfire of love. Shall “we”?
