Wut? There are solutions to workplace harassment if you are being harassed. One of being to hire an attorney and file suit.

They suffer from Gender Dysphoria Dysfunction, a delusional disorder. He wants to force people to validate their delusion and willing participate in furthering it, or face consequences for refusing to do so.

I don’t think there should be any laws against going up to a trans person and intentionally misgendering them. If an employer does it to an employee though I do think it should fall under current policies against an employer harassing their employees.
