They’ve lost the Airlines now. Delta and United have come out in support of opening the government under a clean CR.
This next thing is shocking. The WaPo is blaming the left and demanding they open the government. They’ve lost The WaPo? That’s nearly impossible to do. Yet they did it.

Yeah it’s their choice to not pass the CR, If Republicans have to do nuclear option to get things back on track it will cost the lest the midterms. Now they are intentionally sabotaging the economy and people see it.

Too bad the Republicans aren’t interested in governing, and their track record shows there is absolutely no reason to trust that they will negotiate once they get the clean CR they want.

Especially since the GOP can have a clean CR any time they want, as President Trump highlighted today.

The clean CR gets us to November 21. As we get closer to the 21st, there is less time to negotiate a budget.

First the Democrats ended the judicial filibuster because the country was so divided congress couldnt agree.
Then the Republicans ended the filibuster formthe Supreme Court because the congress was so divided they couldn’t agree.
Are we less divided today?
The legislative filibuster is on life support. The only question is who ends it.
