There’s a show on Hulu called Court Cam he should watch a while.
It’s very enlightening as to the criminal element of the country.
its like the miranda rights. miranda was a scummy person
but was denied his constitutional rights.
your constitutional rights dont go away, just because you are real bad person (Juan padilla for example)

I only suggested to sit through a couple of court proceedings. I don’t think that chooch has a clue as to what the criminal element is afforded in a courtroom. Law abiding citizens are sometimes shocked at the lack of common sense that is not applied to criminals when it comes to crime & punishment.

You are forgetting the individualistic nature of reckonings.

No. It’s not that hard to figure out who’s guilty.
“Reckonings” are neither “individualist” nor “collectivist”, but a lynch mob killing a billionaire would still be a “reckoning”.
That’s absurd. Investigations can take years.

Yes … if you are accused of violating the law … which makes you a “perp.” It’s in the BoR.

They certainly can be. And due process is there to protect their rights. That is the entire premise of the 5th Amendment.
No, not “can be” to a communist. They are perpetrators in their eyes. You think the folks who see the existing system as “wage slavery” will have anything but a negative take on the owners of vast enterprises?

You are right. Due process is there to protect the rights of the accused … i.e. 'the perp."
You are not using that word correctly.

Heck, he is even forgetting the original point.

You’re confusing political philosophy with criminal behavior.

That’s why I put it in quotes. I used it like cops use it … as a label for the person they arrest … the accused.
The lack of common sense is totally amazing.
I agree.
