Sounds like that’s literally what happened in North Carolina when the supreme court slapped down their racist ■■■■■■■ voter laws and described them as targeting blacks with “surgical precision”. I know, I know, 2016 was so long ago.

It’s really not what happened. An Obama appointed judge (my shocked face ) thought that the free ID they were willing to give out would disproportionately affect minorities because they might not have the time to go get an ID.

If that’s the standard… who does have time to go to the DMV to do anything government related.

History of possessing a gun and holding a woman at gunpoint tends to make people wary when they have to deal with that person in exactly this type of situation.
