Missouri AG to Democrat Kim Gardner: Resign Or Be Removed

Remember that piece of crap who charged Ken and Karen for defending their private St. Louis neighborhood against a mob of (D)omestic terrorists?

Well, she’s now responsible for a 16 year old girl being disfigured and permanently injured.

She was there to play volley ball, he was there to be a complete menace to the world. Her life matters, he’s a piece of ■■■■ .

Good riddance to a very terrible human being. Hopefully she chooses the boot to the ass. :+1:

I think the effort to remove Gardner is admirable, but “writ of quo warranto”…

I don’t know if it’s Latin, but that sounds like Chef Boyardee is practicing law…

Did this AG write the bond laws that led to the driver being released? Is there a direct connection between the AG and this terrible wreck?

Good. Inaction and gross negligence by some of these people are causing more harm in the community.

Very powerful, and very true words. The good people of society are far more important than the habitual criminals. This shouldn’t have to be explained.

Where is the inaction and gross negligence? Should the AG have been directing traffic? What is the connection here? What am I missing?

She’s a piece of garbage. Good riddance! If only every scumbag like her could be removed from their office!

It’s trash like her why I didn’t vote for Andrew Bailey either. I wrote Mickey Mouse in for a lot of options, his included. I have no faith in the justice system so long as people like her are getting little girls mangled in the streets.

If he successfully gets her tossed out, he has my vote until further notice.

Feel free to defend her record. I certainly wouldn’t.

I don’t know a thing about her. I read the article and don’t see any direct connection between the AG and this terrible event.

Did I miss something? What did she do - or not do - to cause this?

“The buck stops here.”

She’s responsible for the way things have been handled in the Justice dept in St. Louis.

She could have been pushing for changes to the existing bond framework. But she didn’t.

She wanted to do things her way, and this is the result.

Yepp. And the end result is a beautiful sister of color who just had her entire life destroyed by a piece of trash who shouldn’t have been out in the first place.

We are our own worst enemies.

There is no reason why this piece of crap was out on bail.

Even though I believe when individuals are released on bail there should be no requirement to post a cash bond that does not mean that everyone should be automatically entitled to bail.

Violent offenders and those who prove a risk to the community or flight, and those who have repeatedly violated previous bail conditions should be remanded.

There are threads here about her. She’s not unknown around here. But hey, in the famous words of lib hero Don Lemon…Google it.

Reports from the video of the wreck (in the article) indicate she was the one who ended up pinned by the car. Her Dad’s “quick thinking from the military” sounds like he had to put a tourniquet on his daughter’s leg to keep her from bleeding to death in his arms.

She wasn’t just hurt, she was mangled, and she was likely awake for the worst parts. Now she’ll never play sports again. Her future is ruined by menaces on the streets and within the justice department.

Is it that? I thought it’s because of lack of charges for prior bond violations. That’s how i read it. Though i may be mistaken

Failing to bring bond violations to court is gross misconduct on behalf of the circuit attorney imo

Yepp. She was grossly incompetent and had an agenda. The worst combination.

She should have been fired years ago.

Ah - yeah, that makes sense. IOW, this punk skipped out on bail and wasn’t pursued for those violations?

Ok.

and this AG is the one responsible for that? If so, then yeah, she sucks.
