Espy seems to have a potentially dicey history, so there is that.
Sorta like Trump vs Hillary.
I don’t like the results, but I’m not sure if it’s a real loss either.
The South needs some attention.Hell, all of us do, but the latest election choices here…ugh.

AP has called the race for Hyde-Smith.
Just getting closer than 10 points will be an accomplishment.
Well that went how it was destined to go.
Both were awful.
I abstained from voting this time around. First time in my life that I didn’t vote.

Did espy concede?? Maybe a recount or two.
See you in 10 days.

No. He’ll concede tonight. The election results won’t be close enough to trigger an automatic recount. Does that make sense?
Speaking of non existent voter suppression:

What does this even mean?
Old “caravan” soros has enough money to pay for 20 recounts.

Recounts aren’t paid for by donors. They’re paid for by the government, because the government administers the election. Does that make sense?

Does it even matter what it means? All that matters is how it makes his base feel. That tweet makes them feel good, end of story. The rest is irrelevant.
Campaigns can pay for recounts. Does that make any sense?

Mandatory recounts? Uh, no. Or are you seriously speculating there will be an optional recount, funded by George Soros?
That’s a hot take.
In Mississippi? Nope.
There is no legal mechanism in which to request a recount in Mississippi. At all.
Mississippi doesn’t do recounts.
The States run the elections, and they all do it differently.

Yes, from what I heard you didn’t have great choices. Espy has quite a record of corruption, but it got scant attention. In any case, it did turn out as expected.

She did not quite 4 points worse than Trump.
Espy got those 4 points, plus another 2 points from having no third parties in the race.
