Michigan school shooting

Typical, I expect nothing less from certain individuals.

It’s a crime to have a loaded gun in your own house?

Most pistols are used for self defense from burglars. Having your gun locked up in a multi lock safe and your ammo stored somewhere else is literally useless.

I was 15 once and went to high school. My kid is 15 now.

So yea. I know a little.

Pretty sure he said absolutely nothing of the sort.

Then you know none of that will work and some of it will likely make things worse.

Ask the school or the Sheriff since he was the one requesting it.

The kid shouldn’t have ANY access to it without his father. No reason to keep it unsecured if you are not home. That is why it will be interesting to find out how the kid got possession of it.

It doesn’t seem like big news that there wasn’t a police report of bullying. I would have been surprised if there had been.

All I was stating is what the Sheriff said in response to a question he was asked.

He’s 15. How do you think you keep him from “access”?

Gun cabinet? With locks .

 he’ll have it unlocked before the car is out of the driveway. Come on man.

Its called a locking gun safe…

Paper weight cabinet.

Ok…:+1:

So there is no way to secure a weapon in your home?

And be able to use it? From a 15 year-old?

Obviously

No. You have to teach the kid.
