Itâs a crime to have a loaded gun in your own house?
Most pistols are used for self defense from burglars. Having your gun locked up in a multi lock safe and your ammo stored somewhere else is literally useless.

Ask the school or the Sheriff since he was the one requesting it.
The kid shouldnât have ANY access to it without his father. No reason to keep it unsecured if you are not home. That is why it will be interesting to find out how the kid got possession of it.

It doesnât seem like big news that there wasnât a police report of bullying. I would have been surprised if there had been.
All I was stating is what the Sheriff said in response to a question he was asked.
