On what basis can we say that a non physical “thing” exists? Are there properties of the universe which cannot be reduced to 4th dimensional space? If so, are those elements epiphenomenal to physical elements, or vice versa? Or, is there a duality to reality in which both the physical and the metaphysical exist as an eternal yin yang, neither having created the other?
