Did Trump break a law. If he did, then Twitter should report him to law enforcement.

If they editorialise in response, they are no longer a service that should be eligible for protection from lawsuits.

If they lose those protections, expect massive bannings and social platform closings because if they are liable for what people post, they will have to police those posts carefully.
