Center-right not far right. Compare the liberal party of Australia to the Golden Dawn charter they are indeed far right and no one is going to argue with that, which is why they are crumbling even while the right wing populist movement moves throughout Europe, most people don’t have the stomach for a real far right party and just want migration slowed down.
They are no way a centre right party now. They have moved further and further right under the leadership of Howard, Abbott and Morrison. The anti-immigration race card was played by Howard and continues to be used now.
Moving to the right on immigration doesn’t make you far right, all the center right parties have been moving to the right on immigration in Europe including Merkel’s Christian democrat party in order to hold on to their positions after the backlash they received on handling the migration crisis. Even most left wing groups in Europe have altered their positions or remain hushed on talks of migration fearing the public will vote them out.
