Democratic leaders have been threatening the justices and encouraging acts of intimidation against them. Given the history of deaths and damage from “mostly peaceful protests”, the congressional shooting of 2017, and this most recent assassination attempt, the rhetoric appears to be more than just hyperbole.

The story here goes like this, IMHO…

Lady month documents from February were released by someone…I m surprised and disappointed we don’t know by who or why…disclosing a draft of a potential ruling that could reverse Roe v Wade.

That unprecedented release of a draft ruling more than a month before its actual announcement led to massive howling from the media, the release of Supreme Court justices personal information, to protests both at their work and their homes, and now a potential assassination of one if the Justices.

This is serious stuff…this current administration and department of justice has been somewhere between limp wristed and non commital
In its response, has not enforced laws re: protests at the home of jurists, it is perfectly legitimate to remind people of the idiotic comments of the Senate Majority leader regarding justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh…

That’s the stuff that matters…all the rest is just deflection and whataboutism

Yes foiled plot for petes sake. He got out of a cab in front of Kavanaugh’s house, saw federal marshalls and left and called the cops on himself. Now tell the class what you think would have happened had those marshall’s not have been there?

Some things that I do find funny.

That the assumption is that leak came from the left side of the court… no one knows where the leak is from so to place blame is premature. If it was leaked from the right… boy howdy that would really funny.

Another thing that I find funny.

That one single lone nut is attributed to all democrats. It is masterful how the GOP and conservatives continually get away with being successful with that.

Things that I find disturbing and likely will happen

That after ignoring decades of a very active terror campaign by anti abortion forces where there has been no real legislative action to curb that form of extremism. … that the Democrats will get brow beaten into taking responsibility for this one nut and likely for the actions of Jane’s Revenge and thus have them used as a political bludgeon against them while the GOP get to distance themselves from the extremists that they actively court.
