Regardless i agree he is not going to jail. Nor should he.

I don’t think Trump will see a jail cell. It just isn’t going to happen.

The only thing that I can see getting him sent to jail is if it comes out that he was selling secrets in the documents case and I don’t think that he is that stupid.

It’s funny you bring that up. There is a federal sentencing guideline reduction for admitting fault etc… i somehow feel if he comes out and says it, someone will get those numbers to go down to probation

I am not overly confident Trump goes to jail or anything. I recognize this is complicated. But does not look good.

Also remember, Mueller punted on obstruction (or any criminal) charges because he was uncertain of whether or not a sitting President can be indicted and Bill Barr then buried it all under a rug.

Also remember, Impeachments are political not criminal procedures and the GOP has zero spine.

We will all wait anxiously to see how this one goes.
