not going to stop the argument. will he win with it? we’ll see.

Anyway this ■■■■ is always funny, the same people who are like “Pshaw, black people don’t have any inherent disadvantage in court” turn around like “you know who the real persecuted minority is, rich conservative white guys.”

unless those people happen to be republicans facing a DC grand jury.

I cannot honestly answer that question.

What is the difference between lacking candor and not telling the truth? The republicans make this same mistake time after time. Showing Mercy. They show mercy on their political opponents and they come back to bite them in the ass. They did the same with Hillary. Guess who might be coming back to bite them in the ass?

Come on man…Heritage rejects that idea.

Whom to believe a RW conservative think tank…or a professional journalist?

Overall, we rate Law Enforcement Today far Right Biased based on story selection and editorial positions that align with the conservative right. We also rate them Mixed for factual reporting due to the use of poor sources, lack of transparency and one failed fact check.

Why so you guys use such horrible sources? Oh wait…never mind.

For those who did not click on the link:

According to federal judge Reggie Barnett Walton, President Trump’s involvement in the McCabe investigation was “disturbing,” a “mess,” and reflected a “banana republic.”

“I think it’s very unfortunate,” Judge Walton told prosecutors as the case stalled in late September. “And I think as a government and as a society we’re going to pay a price at some point for this.”

According to CREW spokesperson Jordan Libowitz, the delayed released of the documents show that the government was “trying to cover up the fact that they were stringing this [lawsuit] along while looking for a reason to indict McCabe.”

false.

Rich of any political persuasion have an advantage, because they can afford better lawyers. Denying the inherent bias of a DC grand jury is denying reality. It exists. It doesn’t make conservatives victims, it excuses those who oppose them when they should be charged similarly. Should Scooter have been charged criminally for perjury? I think it was a stretch, and I think the law with respect to that needs to be amended to acknowledge when there is no underlying crime, nothing can be “material” and perjury is not an option. A lesser crime, perhaps a misdemeanor would seem more appropriate. Should Flynn have been charged? Likely yes. But not for lying to investigators, which in my opinion is a kind of odd thing to be a crime in the first place unless it rises to the level of obstructing justice which would require something a bit more serious than denials, but for his failure to register as a foreign agent. So should every other person who does so that isn’t charged (Panetta comes to mind). Should Hillary have been charged? She did the same thing Scooter did only the FBI decided to question her rather than depose her. She also destroyed evidence under subpoena. Yes, she should have been. Would it fly by a DC grand jury? Not likely.

False but actually true lol. Y’know putting “false” at the beginning of a lost and then spending a twenty seven sentence paragraph arguing the opposite doesn’t change the fact that you’re still still saying it.

The Democrats get away with EVERYTHING!!!

I said this:
“people with money and power have a better chance of getting away with crimes.”

There are times…the evidence is just too damning.

absolutely not.

I’m not saying conservatives should not be charged when they are suspected of committing crimes. They should be. So should liberals. Not prosecuting liberals for doing the same thing doesn’t make the conservative a victim any more than it would make the first person a victim if two people committed assault and one was charged and the other not. The first still committed assault, he’s still guilty.

Denying there is an inherent bias in DC with regard to grand juries is denying reality.

in DC… more like the politics is just too damning.

McCabe is a liberal?

:rofl::crazy_face: Now that’s some funny ■■■■ right there.

he is anti Trump, which for a DC grand jury pretty much immunizes him. The calculus has changed some since Trump. For instance, I’m not certain a grand jury wouldn’t return an indictment against Hillary now, the Clintons being pariahs now. however, after Trump it will likely return to its normal state.

I admit I was wrong…the writer of that article is not a journalist.

During his nine years at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois, Renato tried more than a dozen criminal trials and prosecuted a wide array of white-collar crimes, including commodities and securities fraud, spoofing, cybercrime, bank fraud, investor fraud, health care fraud, mortgage fraud, tax evasion and Internet pharmaceutical sales. Renato has also briefed and argued numerous appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second, Seventh, and Ninth Circuits.

Just another damn lawyer…what do they know?

Just another damn crooked lawyer…get the wording straight.

So anti Trump equals liberal?

Why don’t you think that with sufficient evidence a grand jury would return an indictment on Clinton?

The thing is that even the GOP Senate has said that there is no there there.

Maybe time to hang up that hat.
