The Postmaster General or whoever he is has already done the math and says he can handle it with what he has.

Pelosi knows it won’t get through the Senate and if it does, she wants the President to veto it so she can scream “VOTER SUPPRESSION!!!”

She’s trying to regain the initiative she lost with the EOs.

They’s got $10B they haven’t even touched beyond their budget.
