Google can tell you.

You were shown many posts ago that 3.6 billion of the 25 is all that is slated for election mail, going to the individual states and by your own math it comes to under 30 dollars per ballot. Given that the states will waste half of it on bureaucracy it’s really more like 15 dollars per ballot that will actually be spent on the actual expenses.

You don’t get rid of tools until I already have better tools to replacement them with. I don’t throw them out of give em away until then,

Hey…I have old sears craftsman contractor saw you can have. Been sitting in my shop doing nothing for last 15 years or so. You want it? Free…all you have to do is pick it up. Hell I’ll even meet you someplace. Works great, cut true etc. But it doesn’t compare to my powermatic.

You’re getting the picture now?

The Postmaster General and various reps already did. Cash on hand until Oct 2021 and $10B untouched. So no.

Then ask for 3.6 billion. Not 25 billion. Nancy said something to effect for ballots to get delivered on time postal service needs that 25 billion.

Even with 3.6 billion that nearly 28 dollars per ballot.

Now wonder postal service is obsolete. Wen thing cost 28 dollars and they’re doing it for 55 cents.

Have you heard about the pandemic that has killed nearly 200,000 Americans? It’s really put a monkey wrench in things, you should google it.

What do the individual states have to do with the USPS?

Yet that is precisely what the USPS is doing. Do you got evidence they’ve being replaced with newer machines?

Are you suggesting the machines that were removed, were not in use?

If so, do you have any…evidence?

I’m guessing no.

You were also shown that it was the board of governers of the USPS who requested 25 billion, not Pelosi. She never said the entire thing was for the election.

Q3: 2020
The net loss for the quarter was $2.2 billion compared to a net loss of $2.3 billion for the same quarter last year.

That is thanks to the poison pill enacted in 2007. W/out that, USPS is profitable.

Why would you replace them with older machines?

They aren’t replacing them with anything. They are simply removing a vital tool

3.6 billion is going to the states to pay for extra costs, that is what the summary of the bill says. For all I know it might mean the post offices in each state, it was not specific.

$12B on hand. $10B untouched.

So not because of COVID?

That is debatable, but I agree it needs to be addressed. We already discussed it.

The states are going to distribute USPS funds to the post offices in each state?

It should be specific.

Sure they are…

Math is not debatable.

Pelosi said she’s giving the USPS money for sorting machines.
