I do find the pearl clutching by Trump supporters hilarious.
Maxine needs to shut her mouth and should at least have a hearing about her comments. However, Maxine is doesn’t have the bullhorn Trump did and we don’t yet know the outcome of her comments (like we did with Trump)
After the last five years, no one’s buying the fainting couch act from conservatives anymore. Noticed that? What’ll happen if you talk super greasy for years.

At what point did she renounce that belief?
How many people listen to Maxine though, outside of her district? She I don’t believe she has the popularity to have people riot in the name of Maxine Waters.

At what point does she have to?
You’re the one why brought up it was before she was elected. When did she stop being a Q nut? That’s the core of what QAnon is.

Being a congresswoman gives it legitimacy.
He will hit her with a purse any day now.
Republicans believe it doesn’t matter what their favorite person did before office. Pedophile? Nah it was before office. Sexual abuser? Nah before office.
Where this rule doesn’t apply is political positions. Past political positions before office are fair game… especially if they are Dems.
Oh so now you need your politicians to act rational and cautiously. Geez.
Gonna change the question you yourself brought up. Got it. Lol

No, they can act however they want to.
Not if nobody listens to her…
Am I going to see “Maxine 2021” flags while people are busting windows?
Is anyone going to say “I did this because Maxine said so”?
I don’t think so.

I didn’t bring it up. Has she said any such thing since she was elected?

Her mere presence gives it some legitimacy, granted in her case a small bit.

I would offer that more egregious is her attack on our democratic institutions.
Maxine should shut up, but I don’t really believe Republican care about the moral fabric of society or that Congressman/woman should act with a level of dignity.
