Wonder if Waters will be rebuked by the mob should the Chauvin verdict be overturned on appeal because the rhetoric is intimidating and influential to the impartiality of the jury.
The judge seemed to think as much.

I’m not sure Chauvin will be found guilty.
If so it might be a good idea to move those proceedings to a different venue and sequester the jury.
Should have been done in the first place.

I’m worried he won’t either… the deliberations are taking way too long for something so obvious.

I think it is worse…Trump didn’t know what would happen. We have historical evidence to show what will happen if this verdict is bad. Or even if it is a good verdict. Maxine Waters incited protesters to ramp up their game. Asking them to take it from bad to worse. She is worse than Trump in my book…and that says a lot.

I have no idea what it must be like to be on that jury. They all know what’s going to happen if they don’t give Chauvin the maximum penalty (or more than the maximum according to Mad Maxine).
If they have reasonable doubt, if that jury in its deliberations doesn’t find Chauvin guilty of everything the Antifa BLM mob is going to swing into action…maybe millions in property destruction…maybe some dead people…
That jury knows there is only one outcome the mob will accept.
Ignorance is not an excuse… you are assuming that Trump didn’t know the outcome. But he knows how his audience is at his rallies. He is far more Intouch with his fans than Maxine is.
Maxine should not have said “We have to be more confrontational” and should have some consequences for it.

They aren’t elected officials. Framers never could have predicted an era where people would willingly propagandize for anything like “Redcoats” and abandon all pretense of an objective free press that actually questioned political leaders.
