No, the story is that there appears to be a investigation in progress. And that is the story.
And now we all have to wait and see if there really has been a investigation and what the findings are.
There is no other deflection that works here.
I would like to see this open admission from the FBI that says Gaetz is working with the FBI.
Iâve found where Gaetzâ father asserts this. The only statement from the FBI I can find is that they neither confirm or deny there is an investigation into Gaetz. https://youtu.be/xdjdk6pPRz4

I completely agree. No one is above the law. All politicians should be held to the same standards that you and I are.

Then I must truly be naive? My ship is tight enough that there is nothing to talk about except, great things.

I thinkâŚthat I work hard enough in selecting my staffâŚsetting the example for my staffâŚsetting years of precedence about how I deal with any activity that youâd label as âunflatteringâ to come in here to Hannity Land and make this postâŚand ya gotta like that.

That said, âthank you Lordâ.
Yeah, thatâs for sure what #PizzaGaetz wants people to think this story is really about.

âThe FBI declines to confirm nor deny the existence or status of an investigation. We refer you to the Department of Justice for further comment regarding this report."
From that, some people get that as the FBI confirming they are working with Gaetz on the âextortionâ tale.
You canât possibly believe this if you manage a staff. Itâs just impossible. This is what employees, all employees do: shut talk the boss, complain, swear everyone to secrecy about things and the other person turns around and swears another person to secrecy and then everyone knows.
Baffling.

shut talk the boss
Is that what you do? Itâs always the weakest link that does that. And it can be dangerous on job site.
Now not saying âsomeâ deserves it. But there is always few crew members would come forward that has your back. And weakest link is removed.

YeahâŚso. And yet you have no one on your crew covering your back? And how long would you allow it?
Expecting employees not to moan and complain about doing work is the most naive â â â â in the world. I mean honestly. I have my partisans but itâs a sixty person staff.
Managing takes a light touch, like a pickpocket or a guy who burns down businesses for the insurance money. Having them respect and/or fear you, not disrespect you to your face and do what theyâre supposed to without having to be followed around, thatâs the best case scenario.
Now tell me how youâve worked with the only workers who donât bitch about management in the history of employment.

Itâs different on tight crews. Most cases youâre arenât standing around bitchingâŚif you do that drives other workers off.
Slackers have no place on those crews. Everybody bust assâŚeven me. Yes things can be said in heat of moment but rolls off. But when someone is sabotaging your crew it harms others. Most of the time itâs other workers that want back stabber off the crew.

Well enough imagination time about how employees actually act in real life.
Looks like Gaetz is âThat Guyâ.
Rep. Matt Gaetz, the Florida Republican being investigated by the Justice Department over sex trafficking allegations, made a name for himself when he arrived on Capitol Hill as a conservative firebrand on TV and staunch defender of then-President...
Man, I wonder who might have arranged for this to leak about Gaetz.

Oof. Wow.
Either Gaetz made the wrong enemies in the Capitol, or this is all worse than we thought.
