I have been watching Fox News to see how they are spinning all of this. And they have decided to run with the super secret never been done before Soviet style burb. I have to wonder what happens if Trump goes down? Will some of the loyal Fox News viewers be mad that they were fed a load of BS? I sort of think that many will claim that the “deep state” was at work in their full glory.

To be fair, his legal team is making beaucoup bucks (from the campaign committee) for spewing this line of garbage just to stall the enviable ruling that this Judge will give. I have heard the recording of this argument and I was surprised that both the Lawyer and Judge went through all of it without cracking up.
